Senior Machine Operator - Blowmold (MaintenanceFocused)

Kemps Dairy is hiring a Seniorlevel Machine Operator for our Blowmold Department. This role is ideal for experienced operators who take ownership of their equipment, are comfortable troubleshooting, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fastmoving production environment.

If you're the operator others rely on when machines need attention-and when things get busy-this is a strong opportunity.


What You'll Do
  • Operate, set up, and break down blowmold equipment
  • Make mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot moderate equipment issues
  • Monitor production, quality, and equipment performance simultaneously
  • Identify and communicate rootcause issues to maintenance and leadership
  • Maintain consistent product quality while meeting production targets
  • Follow GMP, food safety, and safety standards
  • Support best practices and training within the operator team

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ months of handson machine operation experience (blowmold, molding, or similar equipment preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing equipment, quality checks, and production flow
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
