About the Role

We're looking for a Tooling Setup Operator to join our team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and wants to make a measurable impact on production and product quality.


What You'll Do
  • Provide daily shop floor support along with troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
  • Conduct process studies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform technical setup duties to support other associates and enhance machine performance
  • Provide ongoing communications with production operators, engineering, quality and management
  • Assist in improving manufacturing processes

What You Bring
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Tool & Die, or a related manufacturing/machining discipline.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
