Job Overview

Operer une presse verticale ainsi que son systeme d'injection de resine epoxy. Installation de moule en presse, finition des pieces produites et preparation des accessoires de moulage. Suivre des gammes et instructions de fabrication ainsi que comprendre un dessin technique. Quart de soir.

A Day In The Life
  • Effectuer l'injection de pieces en epoxy en respectant les procedures et les fiches de routes
  • Effectuer la mise en route et la fermeture des divers equipements d'injections
  • Demonter et nettoyer le materiel utilise pour l'injection (Buses, tuyaux, etc.)
  • Remplir les formulaires, AQ-10 et suivis de production pour les pieces injectees
  • Retirer du moule des pieces moulees
  • Installer au four des pieces moulees
  • Assister le moleur dans ses operations
  • Effectuer toutes autres taches jugees connexes et necessaires par votre superieur immediat
