TITRE: Manutentionnaire / journalier / aide opérateur

Quarts de 12 heures (6h à 6h) en rotation jour/nuit (ex : 2 jours de jour, 2 jours congé, 3 jours de nuit, 2 jours congé, etc.)

Ton profil :

  • Diplôme de secondaire 5 ou expérience équivalente jugée par la Direction
  • Capacité à effectuer un travail physique nécessitant d’être debout pour de longues périodes et de soulever des charges;
  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie, sens de l’organisation, prise de décisions et sens des responsabilités, grande facilité d’apprentissage, initiative et respect des procédures;
  • Expérience dans la conduite de chariots élévateurs (un atout);
  • Expérience de travail en usine et avec des équipements de manutention (un atout).

Tâches et responsabilités:

  • · Être proactif lors des arrêts machine pour maintenir la qualité de la pellicule et un redémarrage rapide, en nettoyant les équipements et en minimisant les produits à compacter.
  • · Suivre les exigences du système de gestion de la qualité pour les activités pertinentes.
  • · Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins et les instructions reçues.
  • · Éplucher et recycler les mandrins, les feuilles de moulage, les rouleaux de rognures et les pellicules, en les envoyant au broyeur Shredteck ou au recyclé L-41 selon les besoins.
  • · Remplir les paniers de recyclage avec le matériel approprié.
  • · Assister les opérateurs lors des départs de ligne et des pannes.
  • · Vérifier la conformité des codes de produits recyclés.
  • · Participer à la formation des nouveaux employés temporaires et étudiants.
  • · Assurer une bonne communication lors des relèves avec son remplaçant et les autres départements.
  • · Isoler et identifier le matériel non-conforme.
  • · Vérifier le bon fonctionnement du système d’aspiration des déchets.
  • · Utiliser vos compétences pour produire un recyclé de qualité optimale.
  • · Identifier rapidement toute anomalie de fonctionnement des équipements assignés afin de réduire les temps d'arrêt et les pertes de qualité.
  • · Assister au remplacement du conteneur à déchets, si besoin.
  • · Faire partie de la brigade d’intervention d’urgence. (Optionnel)
  • · Rédiger des avis d’entretien si nécessaire.
  • · Maintenir la propreté du lieu de travail et compléter les feuilles de ménage.
  • · Effectuer toutes autres tâches demandées par la Direction.
  • · Connaître et respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité de l’entreprise.
