We are seeking a motivated and dependable Machine Operator Helper to support our production team. The ideal candidate will assist Machine Operators with machine setup, material handling, production processes, and quality inspections while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist Machine Operators with machine setup and operation according to production requirements.
  • Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products from machines.
  • Perform basic quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and notify operators or supervisors of any issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Support production efficiency by ensuring materials and tools are readily available.
