Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operator in Training (OIT) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with machine operating experience who are eager to learn, grow, and advance within our production environment. The selected candidate will begin with approximately one month of training on day shift before transitioning to night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior machine operator experience preferred
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong basic math skills (measuring, counting, and simple calculations)
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly
  • Dependable with good attendance and work ethic

Schedule & Pay:

  • 12 Hour Swing Shifts 2/2/3 Schedule 7am-7pm
  • Starting pay: $18/hour

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as needed
