ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Heat Transfer Machine Operator is responsible for running the heat press machines to create branded apparel. This position is an entry level position with heavy training. This individual must be able to manage their own time, take direction effectively, function as a a team player, and have a high desire to learn and improve processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure safe and accurate order fulfillment (correct logo, colors, placement, apparel size)
  • Work with management, peers and various departments professionally to maintain quality, efficiency and optimum customer satisfaction
  • Operate the Heat Transfer Press machines rapidly and efficiently
  • Package orders neatly and with correct corresponding order label
  • Accept and apply feedback given by management and peers
  • Follow standard processes set for each task
  • Ensure that all waste is reported accurately and disposed of properly
  • Function in a fast-paced environment with effective problem-solving skills
  • Meet goals for each process assigned
  • Ensure optimum quality on each item
  • Maintain equipment properly and perform maintenance when necessary

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Requirements
JOB SKILLS:
  • Must be able to work in standing position for 6-8 hours per day
  • Warehouse experience preferred, but not required

  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Manage time efficiently

Salary Description
