What You'll Do
Are you a creative thinker with a knack for inspiring others? Do you love helping young adults find their path in the world of education and careers? If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic clinical team as our Learning Lab Coordinator! You'll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate the waters of high school completion, college courses, and vocational skills-all while having a blast!
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Superhero: Provide one-on-one academic support to clients at the high school and college levels. Help them conquer the application/enrollment process and tackle tricky content with confidence!
Vocational Wizard: Offer personalized guidance in job searches, resume writing, and aptitude testing. Help clients discover their dream careers and the skills they need to get there!
Financial Aid Guru: Assist clients with navigating the world of FAFSA, scholarships, and grants. Help them unlock the treasure chest of financial resources!
Test Prep Champion: Get clients ready for standardized tests like the SAT/ACT, GED, GRE, and more. Turn test anxiety into test confidence!
Learning Difference Ally: Support clients with various learning differences, including dyslexia and ADHD. Use your creativity to develop strategies that work for every unique learner!
Lab Maestro: Oversee and manage Learning Lab hours and create a fun, engaging environment where learning thrives!
Team Collaborator: Work closely with other Learning Lab Coordinators and the clinical team to schedule activities, facilitate curriculum, and plan exciting events that make learning fun!
Communication Connector: Keep the lines of communication open with the clinical team about client progress, attendance, and any areas where they might need a little extra support. Family engagement may be part of the adventure too!
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working with high school and/or college students as tutor or mentor preferred.
  • Knowledge to support students in high school and basic college level reading and writing skills.

Compensation for this role ranges from $20-$25 per hour depending on education and experience.
