Job description

Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Location: Maxton, NC

Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Role Overview: We're looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team to focus on installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures and utility, and electrical systems.

STARTING PAYRATE: $23 - $34 an hour based on experience and education

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

  • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.

  • Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variation with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.

  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.

  • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience
  • Strong communicator
