Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to join our paint and deburr department. This position will assist both the deburr department and paint shop. We are willing to train motivated applicants. Applicants with previous Manufacturing experience are highly encourage to apply.

  • Assist manufacturing team in grinding sharp edges
  • Assist in painting manufactured metal parts
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material)
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
  • Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp piece

Qualifications

  • Previous Manufacturing experience Highly Preferred
  • Previous Paint experience is Preferred
  • Shows initiative and ability to identify problems
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and trouble shoot problems both independently and as part of team
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  •  Ability to read and follow instructions
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
