Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3pm - 11pm

Join Our Manufacturing Team

We are hiring a Machine Assistant for our 3rd shift manufacturing team in Springfield, MO. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. You'll assist with machine operation, support production goals, and help ensure quality products are delivered safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation
  • Support production by monitoring quality and ensuring products meet specifications
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting using hand tools
  • Record production data, downtime, and maintenance information accurately using computer systems
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of stable manufacturing experience preferred
