Job description

CNC Programmer / Machinist

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Pay: Up to $62,000/year

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes. This position requires creating and editing programs directly at the machine controlCAM software is not used. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, determine feeds and speeds, perform machine setups, inspect finished parts, and troubleshoot machining issues. Experience with Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, or similar controls is preferred. Strong blueprint reading, GD&T knowledge, and precision measuring skills are required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM–2:05 PM. Oil-resistant work boots required.
