Job description

What you'll do:

Machine Operator, specialized as a seamstress with experience in alterations. Includes sewing machine experience with sleeve shortening, pant hemming, crest application, garment repair and alteration.

  • Apply appropriate logo based on embellishment type as requested by the customer.
  • Adjust colors and threads as required.
  • Quality control: Reviewing documentation to ensure work order matches available logo and is of approved quality.
  • Watch for issues with garments or embellishment results and take appropriate action immediately.
  • Other duties as required include cross training in embroidery, heat seal, digital, silk screen, and embossing. Flexible hours to support business needs.

What you bring:

  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
  • Willing to learn to learn is a necessity.
  • Past experience in embellishment is a benefit.
  • Capacity to cross-train and cover as needed.
  • Strong English comprehension and communication is necessary for the role.
  • Ability to work full-time day shift (6:30am - 3pm)
