Position Overview:
The Seller Engagement Division is seeking a Seller Technology Representative Senior. The Senior works directly with a group of assigned lenders to manage their operational needs dealing with any integrations with Freddie Mac. Additionally, they are responsible for establishing relationships with these lenders to provide responsible lending technology solutions. The Seller Technology Representative Senior will manage a portfolio of customers inside one of the Division Pods, each of which might span multiple products and/or vendor technologies. This position will directly support the goals and objectives of the division and Freddie Mac.
Our Impact:
The Seller Engagement Team is constructed of six pods (geographic state distributions) across two divisions (East and West). A pod supports all the approved lenders in their assigned states. These pods are committed to ensuring Freddie Mac is supporting our clients to maximize their operational efficiency, lower their origination costs, deliver quality loans to Freddie Mac, and maximize technology solutions.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of an account team working directly with lenders to complete the following:
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of customer/industry trends and needs, as well as Freddie Mac strategic objectives and technology solution roadmap
  • Partner with your POD / Division to facilitate the transition from technology sales to integration
  • Conduct detailed process reviews to map, imbed and optimize the assimilation of new tools and functionality into the customer experience and process
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop formal implementation plans, including key success metrics and milestones
  • Ensure successful system integration testing and verification. Create and/or update system integration specifications, data standards, forms, design documents and test cases
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal business partners to ensure product adoption
  • Translate learnings and feedback into improvement opportunities for both the technology solutions and integration processes
  • Successful delivery against stated objectives (both internal and external/customer)
  • Monitor and report on all integration efforts and outcomes

Qualifications:
  • College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of related professional experience
  • Primary (lender) mortgage market experience highly preferred
  • Prior experience implementing technology solutions with lenders (with lender as customer)
  • Detailed understanding of lender mortgage origination process/environment
  • Technical knowledge related to technology platforms, infrastructure, and data
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills
  • Experience implementing mortgage-related technology solutions

Keys to Success in this Role:
  • Strong knowledge of Freddie Mac tools and technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of secondary mortgage market fundamentals
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and otherwise, with attention to detail and polish.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
