Position Summary

This role is a versatile, delivery resource deployed into specific workstreams to provide hands-on support and drive execution. The resource will rotate between initiatives based on shifting program priorities over a 6-month contract. The expected outcome is the successful, on-time delivery of critical workstream components and the resolution of delivery bottlenecks.

Role Purpose

This role exists to solve the business problem of resource bottlenecks and execution gaps within specific workstreams. By providing a flexible, highly skilled delivery resource that can be deployed where the need is greatest, the program ensures that critical initiatives do not stall and that operational excellence is maintained across the entire program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate seamlessly into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of specific project components within assigned workstreams.
  • Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and business goals.
  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
  • Identify project blockers and resource constraints, implementing effective solutions.
  • Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream objectives are met.
  • Report progress, risks, and issues to the Program Delivery Manager and Program Director.
Required Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles.
  • Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess project health and execute recovery plans. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences.
  • PMP Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Scrum
  • Agile/waterfall Methodology
  • Experience in consulting from: EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC etc.
Location In-Office Requirements
  • Location: US: Raleigh / Durham, Austin, Atlanta
  • In-Office Requirement: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week
  • Travel: Up to 10% for program workshops and stakeholder meetings. This will be fully funded as required.
