Job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategic vision for LVT's most critical value drivers: Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will bridge the gap between high-level organizational goals and technical execution across our Prevent, Respond, and Recover pillars. In this role, you will also lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while providing guidance. You are the architect of a seamless user journey-ensuring that our Edge and Cloud AI analytics translate into rapid alert management and forensic search capabilities that solve real-world problems.

This role will be based in Seattle, WA with occasional travel to our HQ in American Fork, Utah or client sites may be required to maintain alignment and deep-market intimacy.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for the Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars, ensuring alignment with the CPO's vision and LVT's overarching growth targets.

  • AI & Analytics Leadership: Drive the evolution of our "Prevent" capabilities, overseeing the integration of Edge and Cloud AI analytics, talkdown features, and deterrent efficacy tools.

  • Ecosystem Integration: Lead the "Respond" and "Recover" initiatives by managing complex integrations with VMS leaders (Genetec, Milestone) and Alert Management platforms (Fusus, Immix) to ensure LVT is the central hub of site intelligence.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that product releases are technically sound, market-ready, and commercially viable.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including uptime, alert accuracy, deterrent efficacy, and platform utilization to measure the direct ROI of our intelligence suite.

  • Governance & Compliance: Oversee the product requirements for high-stakes security standards, including SOC2, FedRAMP, and GovCloud, ensuring our platform remains the gold standard for secure edge-to-cloud operations.

  • User Experience Advocacy: Champion the end-user experience across the LVT Mobile App, Command Center, and Field Service tools, ensuring that complex data is delivered through intuitive, actionable interfaces.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience: 10-13 years of progressive product management leadership, ideally within SaaS, AI, IoT, or physical security industries.

  • Technical Depth: Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud), Video Management Systems (VMS), and API-driven ecosystem integrations.

  • Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to take broad organizational directives and distill them into actionable, prioritized roadmaps for high-performing engineering teams.

  • Security Mindset: A strong understanding of enterprise-grade security protocols, including experience navigating FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives with clarity and executive presence.

  • Analytical Rigor: Data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to build business cases based on utilization metrics, ROI, and forensic efficacy.

  • Adaptable Leader: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; possesses the "scrappy" innovation mindset that is core to LVT's DNA.

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is $240,000.00 - $319,200.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
