Teddy Baldassarre is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate In-Store Sales Advisor to join our flagship retail boutique team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is motivated not only by sales performance, but by building meaningful, long-term relationships with collectors and enthusiasts.

As a Sales Advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients exploring our curated collection of luxury timepieces. From the moment a client enters the boutique to the completion of their purchase and beyond, you will deliver a refined, attentive, and personalized experience that reflects the standards of a high-end watch boutique.

Our store represents some of the most respected brands in horology and carries high-value inventory. Every interaction should reflect professionalism, strong product knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail. Whether assisting a client purchasing their first watch or a seasoned collector expanding their collection, your role is to ensure every client feels welcomed, respected, and confident in their experience.

This position blends client relationship management, product expertise, and sales performance with a strong commitment to maintaining the standards of a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Experience
• Greet all clients promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming and attentive boutique environment.
• Guide clients through the purchase journey with consultation, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations.
• Deliver a high-touch luxury experience regardless of purchase value.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects the professionalism and hospitality expected in a flagship boutique.

Sales & Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with collectors and enthusiasts.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, preferences, and follow-up opportunities.
• Develop a personal portfolio of clients and become a trusted advisor for watch purchases and collecting.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Product Expertise
• Maintain a strong understanding of watch brands, movements, complications, and technical features.
• Present and demonstrate timepieces while educating clients on craftsmanship, heritage, and design.
• Participate in ongoing brand and product training to maintain a high level of expertise.

Merchandise Handling & Operational Awareness
• Handle all timepieces with precision and care during client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, special orders, and transfers.
• Maintain awareness of store security procedures and proper handling of high-value inventory.

Store Environment & Professional Conduct
• Maintain a polished and organized sales floor.
• Ensure displays and presentation materials align with luxury retail standards.
• Demonstrate situational awareness and contribute to a secure store environment.
• Represent the Teddy Baldassarre brand with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Genuine passion for horology and the ability to discuss watch brands, movements, and complications confidently.
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, particularly with high-value products such as watches, jewelry, or similar goods.
• Exceptional clienteling skills and ability to build lasting relationships with discerning clientele.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a results-driven retail environment.
• Experience with POS systems and CRM software preferred.
