We’re seeking polished, relationship-driven Luxury Sales Stylists to join the opening team of our NYC flagship jewelry store. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing brand at a defining moment—helping set the tone for an elevated in-store experience while cultivating lasting client relationships.

As a Luxury Sales Stylist, you’ll be a brand ambassador on the sales floor, combining exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and strong selling instincts to deliver an elevated, highly personal client experience.

Clienteling & Customer Experience

  • Deliver thoughtful, high-touch service that consistently exceeds client expectations

  • Style clients with intention—listening closely to their needs, lifestyle, and preferences

  • Speak confidently to the collection’s craftsmanship, vision, and quality

  • Build, maintain, and actively grow a strong client book to drive appointments and repeat business

  • Proactively follow up with clients based on purchase history, preferences, and milestones

Sales

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals

  • Utilize product knowledge and trend awareness to make relevant, compelling styling recommendations

  • Build authentic relationships that foster loyalty and repeat visits

  • Understand and work toward key performance metrics

  • Partner with store leadership on sales strategies and action plans

Sales Floor & Operations
