We are seeking a polished and highly driven Concierge/Sales Associate to join our premier luxury property management company, with offices in Beverly Hills and Malibu. Our brand is defined by an unwavering commitment to exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and the delivery of world-class guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a sophisticated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment. The Concierge/Sales Associate will serve as a key point of contact for our brand—managing guest relationships, curating personalized experiences, and ensuring a seamless journey from the initial booking through check-out.
Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver prompt, polished, and personalized responses to all inbound inquiries across multiple booking platforms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, exemplifying professionalism, discretion, and a refined communication style across phone, email, and messaging channels.
  • Qualify and vet prospective guests to ensure alignment with brand standards while thoughtfully addressing pre-booking requests and expectations.
  • Guide clients through the booking process with a consultative, service-driven approach, offering tailored property recommendations.
  • Act as the dedicated liaison for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standard of luxury hospitality.
  • Anticipate guest needs and curate custom concierge services, including private chefs, luxury transportation, exclusive reservations, and personalized experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience from booking through departure.
  • Manage multiple priorities with precision, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships, including re-engaging past guests and contributing to new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Luxury Sales & Hospitality Expertise: Prior sales experience preferred, ideally within short-term rentals or hospitality; experience with Airbnb or similar platforms is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue while delivering exceptional service.
  • Executive Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with a poised and confident phone presence. Ability to engage discerning clientele with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure, efficiency, professionalism, urgency, accuracy and attention to detail.
