About the Opportunity     
As a Client Advisor on the Luxury Sales team, you will be the face of FASHIONPHILE in this remote selling role, delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving sales and procurement through personalized communication and one-to-one engagement. You will leverage your deep knowledge of luxury products to curate tailored recommendations, ensuring each client interaction reflects the high standards of the FASHIONPHILE brand. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, enhancing their engagement and increasing their lifetime value in both sales and procurement. Provide personalized consultations, understanding each client's unique preferences and needs. Meet sales and procurement goals.
  • Expanding your client base through proactive networking, referrals, and community engagement. Convert sellers to buyers and vice versa. Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce new clients to FASHIONPHILE's offerings.
  • Curating bespoke product selections and offers tailored to individual client tastes and purchase history. Stay informed about the latest trends and inventory to provide relevant and timely recommendations.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including Procurement, Client Services, Retail, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience. Provide feedback and insights to inform inventory decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Other Duties as required
What We’re Looking For 
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury sales or client relationship management, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with a focus on clienteling and data management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across various platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and leverage sales data.
  • Expertise in luxury handbags and accessories, with a keen eye for detail and authenticity.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, to meet client needs.
  • Prior Customer Service, other industry sales or entrepreneurial experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with SalesForce, Shopify, POS systems, etc. (Preferred)
  • Active client book of relevant contacts to support sales growth (Preferred)

Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $50,000 - $60,000 plus uncapped monthly bonuses. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
