Compensation
  • Up to $120,000+ per year
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in person, online, and over the phone in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Build relationships and establish trust with prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ wants, needs, and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities
  • Present and explain financing, leasing, and ownership options
  • Follow a proven sales process designed to maximize customer satisfaction and success
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales and delivery process
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and securely
  • Generate and follow up on leads from internet inquiries, referrals, previous customers, and dealership traffic
  • Maintain expert knowledge of luxury vehicle models, features, and competitive products
  • Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales goals
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals

  • Ability to follow a proven sales process

  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, business development, or relationship-based sales is highly valued
