High-End Luxury Retail Security Officer
High-End Luxury Retail Security Officer – Atlanta, GA

Position: Luxury Retail Security Officer

Location: Atlanta

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities and professional uniforms provided.

Position Overview

We are seeking polished, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers for high-end luxury retail and boutique environments throughout Atlanta. This role combines security, hospitality, and brand representation. Officers are expected to maintain a strong security presence while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and store associates.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury retail security, concierge services, hospitality, military, or law enforcement environments and understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, and appearance in premium retail settings.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property. Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior while supporting theft prevention and asset protection efforts. Provide exceptional customer service and concierge-style assistance to guests and clientele. Greet customers professionally and support a luxury shopping experience. Conduct patrols and monitor entrances and exits. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and policy violations in a calm and professional manner. Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. Coordinate with store leadership and local law enforcement when necessary. Uphold company appearance and professionalism standards at all times.

Qualifications

Prior security experience is preferred, especially within luxury retail, high-end boutiques, hospitality, concierge services, executive protection, or upscale customer-facing environments. Military or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Applicants must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. A Georgia Security Guard License (Blue Card / Guard Card) is preferred. CPR and First Aid certifications are considered a plus. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
