Registered Nurse (RN) – Lutheran Services Carolinas Support Team (Travel)

Through senior living communities, healthcare, and supportive services, LSC is committed to personcentered care that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and abundant living for older adults. Lutheran Services Carolinas Support Team is LSC’s internal travel staffing team, created to support our senior living communities by providing reliable, compassionate nursing staff where coverage is needed most. We are currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) to travel and help fill shifts throughout our North Carolina communities.

Locations Served

Lutheran Services Carolinas Support Team provides coverage at LSC communities across North Carolina, including:

  • Salisbury
  • Albemarle
  • Hickory (two locations)
  • Clemmons
  • Winston-Salem
  • Lumberton
  • Wilmington
  • Asheville

Pay & Schedule

  • Premium pay: $50.00 per hour
  • Non-benefit position
  • All shifts available
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
  • Mileage paid from your home to the assigned facility and back home

Position Summary

The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, Director of Nursing Services, and Medical Director. This role emphasizes clinical oversight, medication administration, and treatments, while assisting in modifying care plans to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents in accordance with established medical practices, state requirements, and LSC policies and goals.
