Bring your passion to enrich the lives of Seniors as a Resident Assistant and we will provide a clear pathway for advancement within our community, starting with helping you become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)!


$16.19 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Enjoy an additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs

Look forward to a wage increase when you become a CNA


CURRENT SCHEDULING NEEDS:

Part-time and Full-Time

  • PM Shift - 2pm - 10pm
  • NOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am

JOB SUMMARY: A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence.


Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
  • CBRF training (preferred, not required)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Covid Vaccine (preferred)

  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
