Full-Time Position: Instructional Aide
Our Lady of Angels School, together with the Capuchin Franciscans, is a community dedicated to providing a Catholic

Job Description: Our Lady of Angels is seeking an Instructional Aide to assist a grade level classroom teacher in the
instructional process for the school year. Responsibilities include reinforcing and supporting instruction to an individual or
small groups of students in a classroom environment, assisting in the preparation of instructional materials and
implementation of lesson plans, correcting papers, and performing other duties as assigned by the principal and
homeroom teacher.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 2:30
Adjusted hours on early release days, conference week, and other special schedule days
The position is full time (approximately 30 hours per week)
Duties:
Reflect the Catholic values taught at Our Lady of Angels School
Ensure safety of the students in all situations
Supervise and assist students with homework and day to day needs
Ability to utilize technology in a classroom environment
Lead children in indoor and outdoor activities
Maintain supplies, equipment and materials
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Classroom management skills
Yard duty for recess and lunch
Possess or attain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
