Employees at Lumio typically work in roles such as solar consultants, project managers, installers, and customer service representatives. Their main goal is to help customers switch to renewable energy by providing tailored solar solutions, handling permits and installations, and offering ongoing support. Working at Lumio often involves educating clients about solar benefits, coordinating with utility companies, and ensuring high-quality installation standards. The company focuses on making solar energy accessible, efficient, and cost-effective for its customers.
