Job description

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team!
Days Available: Monday-Friday
Monthly Rotations with Maintenance Team
Wage: $27.00-$31.00/hr.
Benefits: Full Time
Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Maintenance Supervisor become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.
In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.
Duties include:
  • Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
  • Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
  • Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as
  • Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
  • Experience in health care is preferred.
  • Boilers License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
