The Role

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be a key member of the FTO Finance Transformation Team and will help execute on the broader strategic and operational goals within Finance and Strategic Locations. This position provides skilled Program and Project leadership to plan, manage and deliver all aspects of one or more large, complex Program(s) / Project(s), crossing multiple disciplines.Main focus will be leading the systems/access/data support for the transition. Key success factors for this role are a track record and passion for leading and delivering Program(s) and Project(s) on time, on-budget and to scope specifications.This is a lead PM role in a matrix management environment where strong leadership and working with key Finance leaders, Technology, and PMO will be key stakeholders. 

Work Location

Fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with Technology teams, offshore colleagues, and finance colleagues within the PMO and across groups.
  • Help with the transition of systems access and create system profiles for transitioned roles.
  • Manage On Boarding process for offshore teams, coordinate with HR / Change partners.  Oversee Fieldglass and Service Now process for systems access, controls, procedures.
  • Ensure systems, access, and data controls are in place for offshore and third party.
  • Help with Knowledge transfer and activity documentation that is required for overall systems and data management.Set up collaboration structures for US/Offshore teams sharing information and ongoing work.
  • Oversee and manage the connectivity between Lumen US and offshore users.  Escalation to Technology partners and problem solve and resolve any issues.
  • Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce financial reporting.
  • Involved in other FTO activities supporting Business Operations and strategic initiatives for tracking, metrics, KPIs.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • Expertise and training in program and project management methods (waterfall & agile), and a strong business acumen
  • 8+ years related experience
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
