Job description

We are looking for experiencedClass A CDL Drivers to join a growing and established trucking operation. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for strong earning potential, regular home time, and a long-term position with a company known for low driver turnover.

Drivers can choose between home-daily routes or routes that require approximately 2–3 overnight stays per week.

Pay
  • Drivers earn 30% of the truck's gross revenue

  • Average earnings are approximately $1,800 per week

  • Home-daily routes typically gross slightly less

  • Average workweek is approximately 50–60 hours (Flexable Schedule)

Schedule Options
  • Home Daily: Get home every night

  • Limited OTR: Spend approximately 2–3 nights per week on the road

Freight and Equipment

Drivers will haul a variety of building materials, including:

  • Aluminum

  • Lumber and wood products

  • Shingles

  • Other building materials

  • Flatbed/Conestoga trailers

  • All trucks are automatic

  • Company-owned equipment

  • Tablet provided in each truck

  • Paperless Samsara logging system

Drivers are responsible for strapping and unstrapping loads, but the freight is otherwise no-touch.

Requirements
  • Active Class A CDL

  • 3+ years of CDL-A driving experience preferred

  • Must be able to legally read and write English

  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 7 years

  • Comfortable operating flatbed/Conestoga trailers

  • Able to properly secure and release loads

  • Reliable and safety-minded
