Key responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload materials and products from trucks.
  • Equipment operation: Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move, sort, and stage items.
  • Load securing: Securely fasten Steel to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipment verification: Verify the contents of shipments against paperwork, inspect items for quality, and report any discrepancies or damage.
  • Inventory management: Scan and log inventory, update records, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Safety compliance: Follow all safety regulations and procedures, participate in safety training, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
