Position Overview

The Client Success Specialist (Brokerage & Logistics) serves as a liaison between UniGroup Brokerage and its agent network, helping agents understand, adopt, and maximize transportation and brokerage solutions. This role combines relationship management, onboarding, training, and project coordination to support agent success and drive utilization of brokerage services. Working closely with Brokerage, Pricing, Operations, and Technology teams, the Client Success Specialist helps agents identify opportunities to improve operations, expand service offerings, and grow their business.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents utilizing brokerage and transportation solutions, providing guidance, support, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Educate agents on brokerage capabilities, transportation services, pricing programs, self-service tools, and full-service offerings to drive adoption and utilization.
  • Partner with agents to understand their business objectives and transportation needs, identifying opportunities to align solutions with their goals.
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of new agents, affiliates, programs, and technology solutions through planning, training, communication, and post-launch support.
  • Act as a liaison between agents and internal teams, including Brokerage, Pricing, Operations, Technology, and Member Success, to ensure successful execution and issue resolution.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for transportation management systems (TMS), brokerage tools, reporting platforms, and related operational resources.
  • Monitor agent engagement, service utilization, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support departmental initiatives, projects, and growth strategies that contribute to agent retention, brokerage expansion, and revenue generation.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), or supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of transportation concepts, including truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), freight brokerage, or related logistics services.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred
  • Experience onboarding customers, partners, or clients to new services, systems, or operational programs.
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), CRM platforms, or logistics technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting sales, account management, or business development activities.
  • Experience utilizing reporting and analytics to support business decisions and performance improvement.
