Job description

LS Cable & System U.S.A. is seeking a motivated and business-oriented professional to join our growing Data Center team in Atlanta, GA. This role will support strategic account management, product management activities, and commercial growth initiatives associated with hyperscale data center customers and large-scale infrastructure projects across North America.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers direct exposure to strategic customers, market development activities, commercial operations, and product/business growth initiatives within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry.

This role is ideal for someone with early-to-mid level experience who is looking to grow professionally in account management, product management, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and development of strategic customer accounts within the data center market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, engineering firms, and strategic partners.
  • Support business development initiatives and identification of new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and commercial follow-up discussions.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotations, pricing coordination, and commercial negotiations.
  • Support product management activities, including pricing reviews, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and project teams to support customer requirements and project execution.
  • Maintain account trackers, project pipelines, forecasts, and commercial reporting tools.
  • Support strategic market expansion initiatives and commercial growth plans across North America.
  • Assist in the development of product presentations, technical/commercial materials, and market strategies.
  • Participate in internal discussions regarding commercial strategy, customer growth, and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales support, business development, operations, manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with interest in strategic business growth and customer management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, or project tracking tools is a plus.
  • Experience in electrical, construction, manufacturing, or data center industries is preferred, but not required.
