Job description

LRS Federal, a veteran-owned and led business specializing in construction management and facility engineering, is seeking a skilled Construction Quality Assurance Representative to join our team at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana. With two decades of experience supporting federal clients, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service and upholding the highest standards in every project.
What You'll Do:
You'll play a critical role in supporting mechanical, fire protection, and project engineers, ensuring all construction activities meet contract requirements and industry standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Inspecting Contractor Work:

  • Comfortable generating daily reports and using USACE Resident Management System (RMS)
  • Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with sharp analytical and communication skills

Why LRS Federal?
You'll join a company that values integrity, service, and excellence. As a veteran-owned organization, we foster a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting projects of national importance, alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team.
