Location: East Troy Manor – East Troy, WI (on-site position)
Status: Full-time, Part-time, and/or Weekend Warrior
Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs – True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule

Job Summary:
The LPN must be a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members.

  • $28.00 – $32.83 per hour dependent on experience
  • PLUS $2.00 per hour PM and $2.50 per hour NOC shift differentials

  • $33.00 – $32.83 per hour dependent on experience
  • Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
    • Select Level: base hourly wage PLUS $5.00/hour (every other weekend)
    • Pro Level: base hourly wage PLUS $7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
    • Elite Level: base hourly wage PLUS $10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)
  • PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Required:
  • Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity. (in good standing)
