Location: Agawam, MA (New Facility - Startup Phase)
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available | Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour

This facility is currently in the startup phase, offering a unique opportunity to join the team early and help shape a supportive, recovery-focused environment from the ground up.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program. As an LPN, you will play an important role on our interdisciplinary treatment team, supporting clients through medical monitoring, medication administration, detox protocols, and health education under the direction of medical providers and nursing leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete nursing assessments and collect clinical information as directed
  • Administer medications and monitor client responses
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring detoxification protocols
  • Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per established protocol
  • Provide health and medication education to clients
  • Collaborate with medical providers and the treatment team regarding client care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
  • Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Licensure:

  • Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Massachusetts

Certifications:

  • Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
  • American Heart Association CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Preferred:

  • Experience working with detox protocols and co-occurring disorder treatment
