Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic | Raleigh, NC

New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing outpatient addiction treatment team in Raleigh, NC. Your Impact:
• Administer prescribed medications and accurately document patient care
• Assess patients prior to dosing and monitor patient well-being
• Perform medication inventory, reconciliation, and controlled substance accountability
• Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical assessments
• Assist the Medical Director with patient evaluations and scheduling
• Maintain confidential electronic medical records
• Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting patients and visitors
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to provide high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications:
• Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Experience in outpatient nursing, behavioral health, addiction medicine, family practice, corrections, primary care, or community health is preferred but not required
