About the Role
As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing rehabilitation center. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supervising a team of LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support to optimize patient outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment, where patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs and CNAs to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Provide guidance, support, and training to direct care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $30 - $33.2 HOURLY. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive benefits program. We offer great shift differentials - $1.50 for days, $3.00 for nights, and $3.00 extra for weekends. Additionally, we offer Daily Pay!
Requirements
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland
• At least 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
