Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay Range: $25.50 â€" $35.32 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr for night shifts (6PMâ€"6AM)
Travel Adjustment: +$2.00/hr for nurses traveling 30+ miles one way from home to work
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available
Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and skilled clinician who delivers quality care, supports residents' well-being, and contributes to a collaborative and positive care environment.
Essential Functions
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team
  • Maintain standards of professional nursing practice
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Required: Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, particularly in geriatric, long-term, and rehabilitation care
