Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Leadership Without the Stress of Managing Staff
Are you an experienced LPN looking for a leadership role that offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a real impact? Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee and coordinate healthcare services at the Meriwether County Jail.
This position is perfect for a nurse who enjoys organization, autonomy, and collaboration. While you'll serve as the facility's medical team administrator, this role focuses on coordinating care and ensuring quality services rather than supervising employees.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations within the facility
• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor quality initiatives and support a safe, efficient healthcare environment
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
• Active Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
• Previous correctional, medical-surgical, or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Ability to obtain facility security clearance
