Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Grayville, Illinois
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability

Job Summary
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Grayville. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking consistent scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities (LPN Duties)

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

  • Perform wound care and assist with care planning

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Follow Illinois nursing standards, safety protocols, and infection control procedures

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois LPN license (required)

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred

  • Ability to work every other weekend
