Job Description
RN/LPN Full or Part-time Evening position. Plans, organizes and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care using established policies and procedures. Instructs and supervises staff. Performs duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Minnesota.
We are looking for an up-beat, compassionate nurse to join our family at Gundersen Tweeten Care Center. Whether you are an experienced nurse or a new graduate from a RN or LPN program we offer competitive wages, benefits, and shift differentials.
  • Admit, discharge, and transfer of residents
  • Administration of medications
  • Documentation in resident chart on computer
  • Provide care according to plan of care
  • Delegate and supervise of staff
