Job Title: LPN - Infection Control (Hagerstown)
Talantage is seeking a Fulltime Licensed Practical Nurse - Infection Control to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Infection Control LPN develops, and updates policies and procedures related to infection control with current standards of practice. This person ensures compliance and works closely with staff in prevention and control of infection.
Qualifications
• Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a public health or acute care setting with a focus on Infection Control
• CIC - Certification in Infection Control preferred
• Experience working in corrections preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
