• Provide high-quality counseling services via our telehealth platform while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize technology to engage with clients through personal messaging, video calls, and digital resources, keeping open lines of communication.
• Monitor client progress by using tracking tools for goals and therapeutic outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Participate in regular peer consultations, share insights, and collaborate with over 10,000 therapists on our platform to enhance professional development.

Your practice will primarily focus on providing care to low acuity adults who seek support for managing mild to moderate mental health issues. Our client base includes individuals experiencing anxiety, mild depression, relationship challenges, weight disorders, grief, and other similar concerns. By working exclusively with stable clients, you will not deal with severe mental health crises or children, allowing you to concentrate on in-depth counseling sessions that yield meaningful outcomes.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid, full, independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in California, free of disciplinary actions.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working PC or laptop (no tablets) to facilitate video and audio sessions.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with digital counseling tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
• Keen understanding of low acuity mental health issues and their therapeutic interventions.
