We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team at Scripps Behavioral Center. This position invites professionals with an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). You will provide high-quality therapeutic support to diverse clients through telehealth services, ensuring optimal mental health outcomes while working within a progressive and supportive environment.

This full-time remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Ontario, California, with the flexibility of telehealth services. You will have the autonomy to establish your own schedule, offering either full-time or part-time availability tailored to your lifestyle and professional needs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will participate in collaborative discussions, enhancing your practice and contributing to holistic patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional well-being through remote sessions.
• Formulate tailored treatment plans based on client needs, integrating techniques from engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to adapt to clients' evolving needs and track progress effectively.
• Document client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support clients experiencing acute distress.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of current practices and research in the mental health field.

Your role will center around diverse groups, including teenagers navigating adolescence, adults facing life's challenges, and couples seeking to improve their relationships. Understanding the unique dynamics of each population is critical to developing personalized strategies that promote healing and personal growth.

• Possess an independent and active license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California is necessary.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy.

• A minimum of one year in a mental health counseling role is preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
• Training in evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with a signing bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to the team. Our benefits package includes:
