• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and potential discharge, ensuring consistent communication regarding their treatment journey.
• Develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans with clients that align with their unique goals and desired outcomes.
• Accurately maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to legal and organizational requirements.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions as scheduled, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s situation.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied outpatient population, including adults, children, and families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in addressing various mental health concerns.
• Proficient in using digital tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for documentation and client management.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Comfortable conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Annual salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000, based on experience.
• Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, providing financial stability and timely payment for services rendered.
