• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contributing insights and strategies to enhance comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our telehealth services cater to individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated understanding of therapeutic techniques and client management.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is strongly preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and a solid understanding of virtual therapeutic techniques.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
