• Conduct thorough initial assessments and screenings to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Create and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring adherence to established ethical and legal standards for counseling practice.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse psychological needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate client care effectively, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain abreast of advancements in mental health practices, tools, and theories.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical standards and legal requirements governing counseling practice.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is desired.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software applications.

• Annual salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
