• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, aspirations, and challenges, laying the foundation for effective treatment.
• Provide individual counseling sessions aimed at addressing an array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, employing evidence-based techniques.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to address interpersonal dynamics, communication barriers, and conflicts, promoting healthier relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate support and intervention strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them toward self-management and recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and legal compliance in all aspects of counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

The LPC will serve a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues. You will engage with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders, providing compassionate and professional care that respects each client's unique background and circumstances.

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrable clinical experience and proficiency in delivering counseling services across a range of mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• High degree of empathy and cultural sensitivity, with an understanding of diverse client backgrounds.
• Commitment to professional ethics and ongoing personal development through continuous education.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role or within an outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms for delivering effective virtual sessions.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The LPC will benefit from a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing for consistent earnings without the delays commonly associated with reimbursement.
