This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. Our telehealth platform provides a user-friendly interface for counselors and clients alike, ensuring that quality care can be delivered anywhere at any time. Counselors will engage with clients through video sessions, phone calls, and secure messaging, utilizing our comprehensive electronic health record systems to maintain client information securely.

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that address clients' specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and participating in case discussions to optimize client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Our clientele includes individuals seeking support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. High Point Advance Medical PC is committed to serving diverse populations, providing culturally competent care tailored to each client's background and needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in Texas is mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant counseling experience is essential, ideally within a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care is highly desired.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Previous work in community mental health settings is advantageous and will be considered favorably.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with numerous benefits that include a sign-on bonus, health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
