Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home environment while still being a vital part of our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Provide direct therapy in individual, couples, or family settings, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Detail and maintain accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other social workers, to coordinate care and address complex cases.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to enhance your professional development and integrate feedback into practice.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that foster positive client relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with geriatric populations or in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote service delivery.
• Engagement in community outreach activities or programs aimed at reducing stigma around mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits
