• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing a rapport and developing trust through consistent and ethical interactions.
• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions with clients, reviewing their progress and addressing any concerns regarding mental stability or treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Document all client interactions, including session notes and treatment progress updates, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information for effective treatment planning.
• Engage in individual supervision to refine clinical skills and discuss case management strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and integrating treatment strategies.

This role focuses primarily on youth, providing critical support for children and adolescents navigating mental health challenges. You will address various issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to young clients. • A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Current Vermont licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or its equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill credentialing requirements specific to our clinical practice.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other software utilized in counseling settings.

• Minimum of one year experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance abuse issues.
• Prior experience conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technologies is an asset.
