Position Purpose:
Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions and mental health treatment services to patients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field of study
  • Licensed in Wisconsin as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
  • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
  • Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance

Responsibilities:
  1. Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities
    assigned.
  2. Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family
    members.
  3. Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
  4. Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
  5. Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health
    issues and steps to recovery.
  6. Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
  7. Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined
    by licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
  8. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
  9. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
  10. Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  11. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
  12. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  13. As assigned, performs CLIA-waived laboratory testing and related quality control activities in
    accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and
    organizational procedures.
  14. Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  15. Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
  16. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by leadership.

Schedule:
  • Hours: 3 days a week 10:00am- 6:30pm
  • Part-Time (24 hours/week)
