• Manage a diverse caseload of youth, establishing and maintaining therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, assess treatment effectiveness, and discuss future appointments and discharge planning.
• Develop, administer, and supervise individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering sustainable mental health improvement.
• Complete comprehensive intake evaluations to assess clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, ensuring a consistent weekly schedule that aligns with practice demands.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, integrating insights and recommendations from various disciplines.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and competencies in line with advancing mental health practices.

Your primary focus will be on youth clients, providing targeted support to adolescents and young adults experiencing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will play a crucial role in developing therapeutic strategies tailored to this demographic, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to their overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Proficiency in achieving internal credentialing standards for clinical practice.
• Strong foundations in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for mental health issues.

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with youth in mental health or substance use contexts.
• Demonstrated experience in individual and group treatment modalities.
• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• A solid grasp of telehealth technologies and best practices for delivering remote care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
