Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations of clients' mental health status to understand their unique challenges and develop effective, tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions both virtually and in accordance with best practices, fostering personal growth, emotional well-being, and stability.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapy goals and regularly monitor their progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic approaches and mental health trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications
  • Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • An empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to client struggles, demonstrating compassion in every interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle a caseload and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
